People: L&T has a multi-skilled workforce with specialists spanning diverse areas of technology. These specialists are essential for successful product and technology development. At least third of the total workforce has advanced degrees in specialised engineering areas.
Infrastructure: Various test labs and prototyping facilities help engineers test their ideas, simulate actual working conditions and do root cause analysis at development stage, which results in the evolution of integrated & matured systems.
